4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30 regardless of the payment method chosen. myr88d accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the member's own name. myr88d does not accept any deposits from third parties. Funds received from unverifiable sources may be frozen pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal per request is RM50. The standard processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours, subject to identity verification and security checks that may extend this timeframe.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in circumstances specifically approved by the myr88d finance team. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or rejected if bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met.

4.3 Financial Responsibility

5.1 Welcome Bonus

myr88d offers a first deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will yield a bonus of RM200, bringing the account balance to RM300 with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

For larger deposits, for example a deposit of RM1,600 will receive a bonus of RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM3,100 with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000. The wagering requirement is based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — only funds earned after meeting the wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts under any circumstances.

In such cases, the account balance will be frozen while an investigation is carried out.

10.2 By the Player

Members may request to close their own account at any time by contacting the myr88d customer support team via live chat or email. All outstanding wagering requirements will be voided and any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy. Any self-exclusion request will be processed promptly and the relevant account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has ended.
